What is PowerLeads?
PowerLeads is field service management software for service businesses that operate with dispatch, technicians, jobs, calls, GPS tracking, and job close-out.
Who uses PowerLeads?
Managers, administrators, dispatchers, and field technicians use PowerLeads to coordinate work from the office and the field.
How do I get an account?
Your company must have an active PowerLeads tenant. Ask your manager or contact PowerLeads to schedule a demo.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password reset flow in the mobile app or contact your company administrator.
Why does the app ask for location permission?
Location powers technician routing and real-time operational visibility for administrators.
Why does the app use notifications?
Notifications help technicians and admins receive job, chat, and call updates.
Are calls recorded by default?
Recording configuration is controlled by the business/admin settings. Final legal wording is pending approved policy text.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Use the account deletion request page and PowerLeads will route the request to privacy support.
Does PowerLeads process card payments?
The current product records payment methods and job totals. It is not positioned as a card processor.
Is pricing public?
No. PowerLeads uses a demo-first sales process for now.
Can technicians use maps?
Yes. Technicians can view destination maps and open route guidance for a job.
Which countries are supported?
PowerLeads is targeting service businesses in the United States and Mexico.
